Know more about Les Refuges Perchés

Les Refuges Perchés opened in 2014. We are a 4-season lakeside eco-resort, with 20 treehouses in the protected forest of the 1500-acre Parc Eco des Laurentides.

Built in harmony with their natural setting by Vivre Perché with environmentally friendly materials, each one offers unique architectural elements and creative living spaces. We’ve got great hiking, swimming, paddling and snowshoeing in the park, but we are also 25 minutes from Mont-Tremblant where there is LOTS to do.

Check out Our Activities

Our treehouse village, the largest of its kind in North America, now has a total of 20 hand-crafted treehouses.

Our ‘ready-to-camp’ concept is simple, we want to keep the adventure in sleeping in the woods, while making the living as comfortable as possible.

We provide a unique back-country environment, a well-insulated treehouse – built high off the ground, and equipped with all the necessities.

From reservation to reception, our team will do their best to make sure you are well-prepared and well-informed about what to expect, but then you’ll have work to do too; walk or canoe in with your gear (including wood and water), keep the fire going to stay warm, live off grid… But we think you’ll find it’s worth it!

All you need to know to prepare your stay

We take pride in offering an eco-friendly environment with a low impact and practising “Leave no trace” principles for responsible outdoor recreation. We’re often asked why we charge for wood and propane and other consumables. Simply put, it’s because we want you to use as little as possible.

Our goal is to minimize our ecological footprint whenever possible.

We strongly encourage all our guests to enjoy the site with an appreciation and respect for nature and minimal impact on the natural environment. Speaking of small footprints, you’ll notice our treehouses follow the tiny home aesthetic, and we hope to show that you can live large in a small space.
