Imagine waking up in your treehouse, walking five minutes through the forest, and jumping into a clear, cool lake. That's a summer morning at Les Refuges Perchés.

A Lake All to Yourself

Lake Cordon is yours to explore from late May through to mid-October. Our guests have access to several docks spread across the lake, four private docks reserved for refuge guests, three on the east shore, two on the west. There’s also a few points and islands.  Find your favourite spot, spread out a towel, and stay as long as you want. No crowds. No rush.

July, August and September bring the sweet spot for swimming: water that's cool and crisp on a hot afternoon, warm enough to play for hours.

Paddle, Explore, Disconnect

Two canoe bases give you direct access to the water. Imagine paddling out to the main bay at the golden hour, or following the shoreline to find a quiet cove with no one else around. The lake is calm, the forest is close, and your phone can wait.

You can add a canoe rental to your stay. Contact us when you reserve and we'll have everything ready for you.

Parc-Eco only accepts personal inflatable watercraft (kayaks or stand-up paddleboards) as of time of writing (May 2026). Please check as this may change.

Our hiking trails also connect to additional lake access points, for guests who like to hike to  their swim.

Arrive by Canoe: The Full Experience

Staying on the east side in Treehouse #1 to #10. You can drop your baggage cart near the main dock by the reception pavilion, load your gear into a canoe, and paddle your way to your Treehouse. There's something about arriving on the water, the lake quiet around you, paddles dipping in rhythm, your home for the night appearing through the trees, that no car ride can replicate. It's the moment the trip truly begins. That feeling of leaving the ordinary behind and arriving somewhere completely different, carried there by your own hands.
